Easy breezy! Although it may be tempting to try to solve the mystery or why you may be off by a stitch or two in your knitting, sometimes it's hard to find the source of the issue. Sure, you can pull your knitting back and start again, but there's an easier way: If you have one too many stitches, just k2tog (knit two stitches together) and keep going. If you are missing a stitch, just make a stitch (such as kfb, or M1L) in a less noticeable area (such as under the arm or near the side of your project).
