Question — I'm trying to use my coupon code for a pattern on and it says my code has expired, or that it's already been used. Why won't it let me use the code?

Answer — First, if you haven't yet used your coupon code, be sure that you're entering the code correctly (check that the case matches and there are no extra spaces) and that it hasn't already expired. Second, many coupon codes can only be used once per account. Please check your account downloads to see if the pattern is already in your account folder.
