Page 40, right column, Neckline Shaping Row 1:
Neckline Shaping Row 1 (RS): Work 13 (15, 16, 20, 22, 25) st in pattern*, bind off 32 (35, 37, 38, 38, 39) st at center, work 13 (15, 16, 20, 22, 25) st in pattern*. Place the first 13 (15, 16, 20, 22, 25) st onto a holder for now.
*If you are unable to complete a cable in that section, simply knit those stitches. It is okay that you may not be able to complete a full chart repeat.
